Wing of Astel is looted from a chest inside the Uhl Palace Ruins. To reach it, players should start at the Nokstella, Eternal City Site of Grace in Elden Ring and head southeast through the tunnel with ants. Eventually, players that follow this path will enter Uhl Palace Ruins, and the relevant chest is on top of an architectural element that is near the Malformed Star hanging from the ceiling.
Stats
Intelligence is the primary stat in this build, and players that will not stop leveling in Elden Ring should plan to take it all the way to 80. That said, fans that will stop at Level 125, in order to participate in the PvP meta, may need to forego maximizing their intelligence for the sake of survivability.
