Elden Ring has a vast map with many different sub-regions, each posing a unique challenge to the player. The game begins in the region of Limgrave, where the user progresses along the story as a Tarnished. From here, the player is free to explore any part of the Lands Between and come across intriguing characters like Blaidd, Roderika, Melina, Irina, and Edgar. Many of these Elden Ring NPCs have unique quests with exciting rewards, and Ranni's quest is arguably the most popular.

During Ranni's questline, Elden Ring fans must go to different parts of the map to complete specific tasks and defeat enemies. At one point, players are called to a place called Three Sisters, which lies in the larger Liurnia of The Lakes region. Three Sisters can be accessed after clearing the Caria Manor and defeating the Royal Knight Loretta boss. Now, one keen-eyed fan has discovered a fascinating detail about the Three Sisters location.

Reddit user French-dudev3 uploaded an image recently titled, "This area is called the three sisters that means Seluvis is a girl boss." The picture shows a portion of the Elden Ring map containing the Three Sisters area, which consists of three sub-areas called Renna's Rise, Ranni's Rise, and Seluvis's Rise. All three of these locations lie relatively close to one another and possibly have a much bigger significance. The user is hinting at the idea that each of these three sites is dedicated to three sisters, two of whom are Ranni and Renna, both female-sounding names. Going by this logic, the third building, Seluvis's Rise, should also belong to one of these so-called sisters; hence, Seluvis must be a female.

The post ultimately caught the eye of the massive Elden Ring community on Reddit. The image received more than 6,600 upvotes in only a few hours, and many people dropped interesting comments. Most people joked about Seluvis being a woman with a manly voice, while some suggested it could be an astrology reference. Reddit user Palgary notes that stars in Orion's Belt are also called Three Sisters, and Ranni's fate is linked to Starscourge Radahn holding the stars.

Mostly, users agreed that all this could simply be a coincidence, as Seluvis's fate is revealed later in the game. Seluvis is a pivotal character in Ranni's quest line and plays an integral role in the entire storyline, which can influence the game's ending. Elden Ring players first encounter Seluvis in a spectral form at Ranni's Rise, after which he's available in physical form at Seluvis's Rise.

Elden Ring is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
