Mad Craftsman’s Cookbook [1] Location In Elden Ring
Before you begin your quest to find all the Mad Craftsman’s Cookbooks, you must first reach the Abyssal Woods. Once you arrive, travel westward until you discover the Divided Falls Site of Grace. From there, head south and ascend the winding path to reach an elevated area. You'll find the first Mad Craftsman’s Cookbook here on a corpse.
The 
Mad Craftsman's Cookbook [1] allows you to craft the following:
Frenzied Flame Pot : Throwing this pot at enemies inflicts them with the madness status. 
Roped Frenzied Flame Pot : Unlike the Frenzied Flame Pot, the Roped Frenzied Flame Pot is thrown behind you.
Mad Craftsman’s Cookbook [2] Location In Elden Ring
To collect the second Mad Craftsman's Cookbook, begin your journey once again from the Divided Falls Site of Grace and head southward. Eventually, you'll reach an elevated area guarded by Inquisitor enemies. Deal with the enemies, and then turn southeast. Continue heading southeast until you arrive at a large tree. At its base, you'll find a corpse with the Mad Craftsman's Cookbook [2].

Hefty Frenzied Flame Pot : Allows you to craft a hefty pot recipe, which, when thrown at enemies, results in a massive buildup of the madness status.

Mad Craftsman’s Cookbook [3] Location In Elden Ring
The last of the Mad Craftsman's Cookbooks can be acquired from Midra's Manse, located in the southernmost region of the Abyssal Woods. Upon arriving at the mansion, discover the Manse Hall Site of Grace and continue exploring until you reach Midra's Library Site of Grace. This is where you can begin your hunt for the third Mad Craftsman's Cookbook.
From Midra's Library Site of Grace, head east until you come across some wooden ceiling supports. To the south of these supports are two archways leading into an attic-like area. You can enter this room through either of the two entrances, but beware of the frenzied rats inhabiting this attic. Deal with the rats, and then pick up the third Mad Craftsman's Cookbook from the corpse hanging through the broken floor.
The Mad Craftsman's Cookbook [3] allows you to craft the following:
Surging Frenzied Flame : A throwable that emits eight bursts of frenzied flames, inflicting madness status to enemies who are caught in it.
