A lot of the Spirit Ashes in the Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree not only help in luring the bosses away to give the player some breathing room, but they can also heal and apply buffs to the player, allowing them to deal more damage without the worry of having to heal.

The Inquisitor Ashes are one such Spirit Ash, as they spawn two hornsent Inquisitors that carry barbed candlesticks. This guide includes details on the Spirit Ashes themselves as well as where players might get their hands on them.

Inquisitor Ashes Ashes – Summon Cost & Tips

Inquisitor Ashes Information in Shadow of the Erdtree

Inquisitions often perplexed the minds of the uninitiated, and so seniority was viewed as an asset.

The Inquisitor Ashes is a new Spirit Ash in Shadow of the Erdtree that summons two Inquisitors to help you take down a boss. These Inquisitors are the same as the numerous Inquisitor enemies you face in many areas of the game, especially in the lower section of Enir-Ilim. Both of the Inquisitors have different roles to play during a fight, making them a great tag team duo. One of the Inquisitors is capable of healing themselves or surrounding allies, and the other buffs their attack to deal more damage to the boss.

This can be a great Spirit Ash to have as this allows you to focus solely on the boss with a Spirit Ash aggravating the boss as well and the other healing you constantly.

The heals from the Inquisitor are not constant, so you will still need to use Flasks yourself, but they can help out quite a bit.

The Inquisitor Ashes can be upgraded to +10 with Grave Glovewort. In the Shadow of the Erdtree, these Spirit Ashes' offensive and defensive capabilities can be increased by using Revered Spirit Ashes.

To summon the Spirit Ashes, Elden Ring players must have 93 FP available.

Where To Find Inquisitor Ashes Location

Inquisitor Ashes Map Location in Shadow of the Erdtree

To get Inquisitor Ashes in Shadow of the Erdtree, you must reach the First Rise Site of Grace in Enir-Ilim, which is the last main area in the DLC. To access this area, you must acquire Messmer's Kindling and burn the seal to lift the shadow covering this area. From the Grace, head west through the doorway and up the staircase.

There will be a doorway on your right, but that leads to the same area, so you can simply head straight and jump across the small broken bridge. Once on the other side, head straight for the staircase that leads up to your left. You can ignore the Inquisitor enemies here and keep following the path ahead.

One of the Heavy Inquisitor enemies in this area drops a Revered Spirit Ash, so it will be worthwhile to take him down.

Going up the staircase and sticking to the left side, you will come across a Divine Beast Warrior that can be very tough to beat. This enemy has deceptive delays in their attacks, so try to anticipate when the strikes are going to land. Once you have dealt with this enemy, head straight up, being mindful of the countless AOE explosions that spawn around you being cast by the Inquisitor ahead. Deal with him, then head to your right to spot a staircase going down. Follow down the path and head right into the room to find the Inquisitor Ashes.
