In Elden Ring, thrusting swords are excellent weapons for dealing quick bursts of damage. These weapons also provide a decent balance between speed, reach, and damage. In addition to thrusting weapons, the game also offers a few heavy thrusting swords, like the Godskin Stitcher and Dragon King's Cragblade , which are slow thrusting weapons but pack a serious punch.

With the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC, the game now features a few more heavy thrusting weapons, including the Queelign's Greatsword , which can be acquired while pursuing NPC Fire Knight Queelign’s quest. For those looking to get the Queelign's Greatsword in Elden Ring, here's what the process entails.

Elden Ring - Shadow Of The Erdtree - Prayer Room Unlocked

To get the Queelign’s Greatsword, you must face and defeat the invading Fire Knight Queelign in two separate locations (the order doesn’t matter) and collect the necessary quest items. Next, you must use these items to progress the quest and then decide the fate of Fire Knight Queelign.

One of the locations where Fire Knight Queelign can invade you is in the Belurat, Tower Settlement, which can be found in the western region of the map. Take your time to explore this region, and once you discover the Small Private Altar Site of Grace, you can begin your journey to find Fire Knight Queelign.

Start by exiting the Site of Grace room using the northwestern door, and then go up a flight of stairs. Now, instead of going up the second set of stairs, turn northeast, and continue heading in this direction until you reach an arena-like area with a spiraling tree. Fire Knight Queelign will invade you in this arena, and defeating him will earn you the Crusade Insignia talisman.

Start your journey from the Moorth Ruins Site of Grace, and use the underground tunnels in the ruins to reach Bonny Village. Then, ride east of the village, over the two hanging bridges, and follow the entire length of the road until you discover the Church District Highroad Site of Grace.

Now, travel northwest along the road and through a tunnel to discover the Church District Entrance Site of Grace.

From the balcony, turn northeast to find a platform right underneath and a locked door at its end. Safely drop to the platform, and use the Prayer Room key to unlock the door.

Inside the room, you’ll find a weakened Fire Knight Queelign. Talk to him, and once you’ve exhausted all his dialogue, offer the Iris of Occultation. Doing so will kill Queelign, and they’ll leave you with the Queelign’s Greatsword.
