An Elden Ring fan has found a way to reach Scadutree Blessing Level 14 without beating a single boss in the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC, making the game significantly easier early on. Scadutree Fragments are newly added items in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree that players can collect to strengthen their attributes.

Some players have been unhappy with how Scadutree Fragments are found in the overworld, as fans think Golden Seeds followed a more consistent method of distribution. The first Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree update also readjusted the buffs Scadutree Fragments granted early on, but for fans looking to make the most of the new upgrade materials, one member of the community has found an incredibly helpful tip.

In a new post on the Elden Ring subreddit, user Galdiuz2 highlights how players can become extremely powerful early on in the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. The user shares a path that Tarnished can use to get up to Scadutree Blessing level 12. However, another user quickly corrected the original poster by sharing that they missed a few more on the map which can be used to take players to level 14 instead.

How To Reach Scadutree Level 14 Without Battling Any Bosses

Not mentioned on the map, players can also grab another Scadutree Fragment in Gravesite Plains, two in Scadu Altus, and three on the Cerulean Coast, bringing the total to 32. While players need just one Scadutree Fragment for the first upgrade, subsequent upgrades up to level nine require two each, while the rest require three up to level 20.

Scadutree Blessing Level Requirements And Bonuses

Elden Ring's Scadutree Fragments boost both the offensive and defensive stats of players, making it easier to navigate through the many challenges found in the Land of Shadows. When reaching Scadutree Blessing level 14, the damage multiplier is raised to 1.90x while negation goes to 0.526x, meaning that players will be able to deal almost twice the damage while taking almost half.

Using these newly added items can be a game-changer for players who are struggling with the bosses in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree. While the final boss has been called out by many players as being the most difficult battle in Shadow of the Erdtree, early ones such as Divine Beast Dancing Lion and Rellana Twin Moon Knight aren't necessarily a cakewalk. While it might still take players a few tries to defeat them, getting these new items can help ensure that players won't get defeated in just a few hits.
