Not all Elden Ring weapons are appreciated for their high damage or fast attacks; some are beloved for their unique appearances. Whether it's the Jellyfish Shield or the Jar Cannon , many weapons can give players a chuckle or two when they equip them.

One such weapon in the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC is the Lizard Greatsword . Yes, it’s a sword that looks like a giant lizard. It may not be the best in its class, but you can still have fun with it. The guide below details everything you need to know about this Greatsword.

Where To Get Lizard Greatsword In Elden Ring

The Lizard Greatsword can be acquired by defeating the Imps in either the Scorpion River Catacombs or the Fog Rift Catacombs, with the latter being easier to reach. Here's a guide on how to obtain it:

Start by spawning at the Castle Front Site of Grace. From there, take a few steps in the southwest direction and then take the off-beaten track leading north. Continue north until you reach a foggy area. Proceed straight ahead, and you'll come across a door with two lit braziers on its side. This is the entrance to the Fog Rift Catacombs.

Enter through the door and descend via the lift. Upon reaching the bottom, interact with the Site of Grace directly in front of you (this step is crucial). Venture further into the cave and defeat any Imps you encounter.

The Lizard Greatsword is not a guaranteed drop, so you may need to farm Imps until you obtain it.

If you find that there are no more Imps in the Catacombs, intentionally trigger the traps to die and respawn at the Site of Grace. To increase your chances of acquiring the Lizard Greatsword, consider equipping the Silver Tear Mask and consuming Silver-Pickled Fowl Foot if you have it.
