Can You Pre-Load Shadow of the Erdtree?

According to FromSoftware's official Twitter account, which revealed the Shadow of the Erdtree Global Release Time chart, only one console will be able to pre-load Shadow of the Erdtree before launch.

Unfortunately, PC and Xbox players are not able to download Shadow of the Erdtree early, and must download it when the game releases in their time zone.
