5 Repeating Crossbow

Fires A Stream Of Bolts After One Reload

The Repeating Crossbow does exactly what it says on the tin and fires off multiple bolts in quick succession after using the Repeating Fire skill for 26 FP. Of course. Like other crossbows in Elden Ring, it does not scale with any stat, but with enough Somber Smithing Stones applied, it will end up doing great damage for a backup weapon.

To acquire this new DLC crossbow, players will want to head north from the Moorth Highway South Site of Grace. Here, the weapon can be found next to the road where the Ghostflame Dragon awaits.

4 Igon's Greatbow

Great For Large Single Shots

For those with a Strength build who want to kick off a fight with a bang, Igon's Greatbow is a fantastic option. It has good scaling and high base damage, but more importantly, a great skill in Igon's Drake Hunt. This is an advanced version of Through and Through, where the wielder twists the bow string to considerably increase its power. Players can also pair this bow with Igon's Harpoons to deal even more damage.

3 Spread Crossbow

Fires A Spread Of Bolts

The Spread Crossbow grants players one of the easiest ways to incur status effects on any boss they fight. This is because the default attack sees the Tarnished fire off multiple bolts at once, and depending on the type, they can very quickly put their foe to sleep, make them bleed, and much more.

Naturally, the downside is that this crossbow requires the player to be well stocked up on bolts, as it runs through them at a speed previously unseen. To find the Spread Crossbow, players will need to cross the Ellac Greatbridge and turn right down to the river. It is guarded by Messmer Soldiers.

2 Ansbach's Longbow

Fires 8 Arrows At Once In A Fan

Thanks to the weapon skill, Fan Shot, Ansbach's Longbow is arguably the best longbow in the game, as it allows players to fire off 8 arrows at once. When certain arrows are used, even the largest bosses can instantly become afflicted with bleeding or rot, among other effects. However, to wield this bow, players will need at least 43 Dexterity.

1 Bone Bow

A Light Bow With Shots That Don't Miss

While at first the Bone Bow may not appear to have the best damage, it is in fact one of the best bows in Elden Ring thanks to its skill, Rancor Shot. This allows players to fire off a barrage of imbued arrows which will home in on their target, essentially meaning that they can't miss. It also happens to have great range and is exceptionally light to carry at a weight of just 3.

The Bone Bow can be found at the Belurat Tower Settlement very early on in the DLC. More specifically, it is found in a tower that has a broken spiral staircase, and the Spider-Scorpions inside aren't too hard to beat at all. The fact that arguably the best-ranged weapon in SOTE is found so early makes it even more of a must-grab.
