After defeating The Golden Hippopotamus, progress further into the keep until you reach the Storehouse, First Floor Site of Grace. Face the large marble statue and turn right. You'll see a corpse with an item hunched over nearby. Walk up to the corpse, pick up the item (Fireproof Pickled Liver), and look to your right. You'll notice a narrow path between the stone slabs lit by candles.

Follow the path and jump over the stone slabs until you reach a hidden room behind them. The Boltdrake Talisman +3 is on a corpse to the right. Interact with the lever next to the bookcase to open an alternative path back to the Site of Grace.
