The Ritual Sword Talisman takes the shape of a miniature sword as that's what it's molded after in Elden Ring. Long ago, the Talisman was used in ritual combat to honor the Erdtree, but that practice stopped once Radagon became Marika's consort.

Unlike other Talismans in Elden Ring where multiple versions exist that offer better buffs for players, the Ritual Sword Talisman can only be found once in each Elden Ring playthrough. Other than the usual weapons like swords and claymores, players who prefer to use Sorcery or Incantations can also benefit from the Ritual Sword Talisman as its effect works well with catalysts.

To unlock the Grand Lift of Dectus players must collect the two halves of the Dectus Medallion.

Dectus Medallion (Left) Location

To Find the Dectus Medallion (Left) in Elden Ring, players must explore Fort Haight in Mistwood, Limgrave. Travel to the Mistwood Outskirts Site of Lost Grace and head southeast towards Fort Haight.

There will be plenty of enemies outside near the entrance like the Lesser Mad Pumpkin Head. Take care of them and enter to see more enemies like Giant Rats and Godrick Soldiers. Defeat all of them to go up the wooden stairs and head towards the tower to climb the ladder. At the top, there's a chest that contains the Dectus Medallion (Left).

Dectus Medallion (Right) Location

The Dectus Medallion (Right) is located in Caelid, which makes it a bit difficult for early-game players to reach. However, it's possible to use a hidden Gateway to reach the deepest parts of Caelid fairly quickly. From the Third Church of Marika, head east by jumping through the windows to find a Gateway hidden between the grass.

Use it to get teleported inside the Bestial Sanctum in Caelid. Get out of the Sanctum and head southwest towards the bridge where a dragon can be found. Ignore it and use Torrent to quickly cross the bridge and continue west to the Minor Erdtree boss fight. Get behind the tree to find a Spirit Spring and use it to reach the upper hill. Proceed ahead towards the Fort Faroth Site of Lost Grace and activate it.

While Fort Haight was a bit easy to navigate since it's in an early-game area, Fort Faroth is not. Upon entering, various Bat enemies with poisonous breaths will attack players and hinder their process. Ignore them if possible and quickly climb the ladder. Just like the previous Medallion, the Dectus Medallion (Right) is located inside a chest.

Upon receiving both sides of the Dectus Medallion, head to the Grand Lift of Dectus and use the complete Medallion to reach Leyndell.
