Gamers will encounter many dangerous and annoying enemies throughout their Elden Ring playthrough. Like the Dark Souls games, even regular enemies in Elden Ring hit hard and can easily defeat users in a few hits.

Out of the many annoying enemies and mini-bosses in Elden Ring, many would point to the Crucible Knight as the most infamous. This is primarily due to his aggressive and varied move set that gives users little time to take a breather. He also has high HP and deals a ton of damage, adding to the fight’s difficulty. However, experienced players should not have much trouble once they learn his attack patterns. One Elden Ring player proves this by defeating a Crucible Knight in the most disrespectful way possible.

A player named nickyooozi shows a clip of them repeatedly parrying a Crucible Knight. While parrying deals significant damage, nickyooozi appears to have other plans for their foe. They casually jump over his attack and parry the follow-up, pushing the Crucible Knight closer to the edge. The same pattern repeats, and the third parry proves fatal as the Crucible knight falls off the cliff to its death.

Elden Ring fans do not have any kind words to share for the unfortunate Crucible Knight, as they claim to have died to this boss on several occasions. Judging by the comments, they are probably the most hated enemies in the entire game, excluding maybe some endgame Elden Ring bosses. Many players commend nickyooozi for doing the right thing and believe that the Crucible Knight got what he deserved.

Most players will probably face him for the first time at the Stormhill Evergaol in Limgrave, followed by several more encounters throughout the game. Users are unlikely to have good equipment or a high enough level to beat the Crucible Knight at the Evergaol, so they should consider coming back later after leveling up and upgrading their weapons. Players even face him in a few two-on-one boss battles, so no wonder some Elden Ring fans feel such hatred towards Crucible Knights.

Elden Ring mini-bosses from starting regions often appear as regular enemies later on, and this fight takes place in the Siofra Aqueduct area. It’s an optional area that unlocks via Nokron, and users can only gain access to it after defeating Starscourge Radahn. Even though the entire section is optional, fans may consider exploring it to obtain valuable items, spells, Spirit Ashes, and equipment. It’s also a key part of an important side quest that helps unlock one of Elden Ring’s main endings.

Elden Ring is out now for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
