Leyndell, Royal Capital is a Legacy Dungeon in Elden Ring, and it is absolutely massive. The size of this location means that it is quite easy to get lost, and indeed some players may find themselves stuck in the city. For those fans that are struggling to get through Leyndell, Royal Capital in Elden Ring, this guide details a route that can be used to reach the level's final boss quickly.

Elden Ring: How to Get Through Leyndell Royal Capital

Starting from the Capital Rampart Site of Grace on the bridge at the northeast corner of Leyndell, Royal Capital, players should enter the structure, climb the stairs on the left, and use the lift that they encounter at the top. After riding the lift, fans should follow the path forward, passing through two doorways before they reach a room with several benches. Players should turn to face south in this room, walk forward until they have ascended two sets of stairs, and then head west to enter a building with another Elden Ring Site of Grace.

From this Site of Grace, fans should descend the nearby stairs to enter Leyndell, Royal Capital. Players should then follow the path in a southward direction, stopping just before they reach a large Elden Ring enemy that blocks passage into another interior space. Here, fans should jump over the barrier on the right and then jump down again onto the yellow rooftop that is just below.

Players should now work their way across the row of roofs, dropping to the street once they reach the tower with the yellow steeple. This street travels southwestwardly, and Elden Ring fans should follow it to reach a very large enemy that drops from the sky. There is a door flanked by two braziers just beyond that enemy, and players should pass through it and hit the Site of Grace that is on the other side.

From here, fans should descend the nearby stairs, pass through the open door, and continue forward to reach the wing of a dragon statue. Players should hop onto this statue and follow the edge of the wing in a southward direction. This will lead fans to the body of this Elden Ring dragon, and they should turn west and ascend the wing from that position. Shortly after starting the ascent, players will encounter a cylindrical body part that can be used to move south, and they should jump from it to the glowing item below.

Fans should now climb the Elden Ring ladder that is on the other side of that item and keep moving forward until they reach another Site of Grace. There is a flight of descending stairs just beyond that site, and players should pass them and look for a broken section in the barrier on the right. Fans should then fall to the platform below that broken section and head west toward a gigantic tree root.

Upon reaching the root, players should jump on it and climb until they reach a building where a boss fight takes place. Dispatching this enemy will cause another Site of Grace to appear, and players should activate it before exiting the room at the northeast corner. Fans will encounter yet another climbable tree root just after making that exit, and it should be followed to a platform above where the boss fight just occurred.

All that is left to do at this point is to follow the path ahead to reach Leyndell, Royal Capital's final boss. Notably, players will encounter one more Site of Grace on this portion of the route, and they should make sure to activate it before engaging the powerful foe. Ideally, fans should spend all of their Elden Ring Runes here, as it may be difficult to hold on to them while working to beat the boss.

Elden Ring is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
