It didn't take long at all for FromSoftware's latest flagship RPG, Elden Ring, to become one of the most important gaming releases of the past couple of years. While the game itself immediately began to dominate the gaming headlines upon release, it was the burgeoning community that really took it to the next level through some cheeky memes and fun interactions. One of the most prominent of these memes and interactions in Elden Ring has definitely been Klein Tsuboi, who is better known under his in-game alias of "Let Me Solo Her." The Malenia-destroying expert has helped innumerable Elden Ring players defeat the infamously hard boss encounter, and his efforts have now been recognized by the game's publisher, Bandai Namco.RELATED: Elden Ring's Leyndell Capital Changed a Lot Just Before LaunchLet Me Solo Her has over 2,000 recorded Malenia kills in Elden Ring, and this got the attention of Bandai Namco's higher-ups, who sanctioned a unique care package for him in return. The package, as shown by Tsuboi on Twitter, features a wholly unique list of items, including an actual sword, Melina's cape, and an engraved plaque. Bandai Namco has thanked Tsuboi for achieving what he did as Let Me Solo Her, and he in return reminisced about how he almost quit FromSoftware titles entirely when he first encountered Iudex Gundyr in Dark Souls 3.

Let Me Solo Her's meteoric rise to fame in the Elden Ring community got him a lot of attention in a very short span of time. In fact, Tsuboi's tendency to battle immortal super-soldiers buck-naked even earned him a Let Me Solo Her tribute at a restaurant, of all things, which goes to show just how widespread the tale of his success is. It's particularly noteworthy that, in his Twitter response, Tsuboi didn't forget to credit the FromSoftware games' communities for being passionate enough to facilitate interactions such as this.

After his legend was already immortalized, Let Me Solo Her explained his build and gearing options, allowing virtually anyone to put a bucket on their head and try to do something similar. At level 179 at the time of writing his build summary, however, Tsuboi was already one of the more dedicated Elden Ring players and wielded heavily upgraded katana-style weapons to great effect.

Not everyone is into copying Let Me Solo Her, however. Some players, in fact, took things in the opposite direction by creating the Do It Yourself characters in Elden Ring, which is a tongue-in-cheek parody of Tsuboi's own in-game efforts. Whatever the case may be, it's clear by now that Let Me Solo Her has become a part of FromSoftware folklore and may be commemorated by the publisher and the community in the future.

Elden Ring is out now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
