Elden Ring players have a lot of choices when it comes to what builds they want to craft or what weapons they want to use. Developers did a great job in adding a wide array of weapon types, abilities, Sorceries, and Talismans. Those that are looking to create a build centered around Poison or Scarlet Rot have a lot of great weapon and ability choices to help them craft the perfect setup. There's even a strong Talisman that can be paired with these damage-over-time abilities to create the perfect storm of chip damage and raw power.

Updated June 17, 2024 by Erik Petrovich: The Kindred of Rot's Exultation talisman is one of the best Elden Ring Scarlet Rot Talismans – in fact, it's one of the very few Talismans for Scarlet Rot in the game. Players who want to increase the efficiency of their Scarlet Rot build should absolutely go out of their way to get this Talisman, but it is exactly that – out of the way, and hidden deep inside a poison-infested dungeon. To help players figure out how to get the Kindred of Rot's Exultation, this guide has been updated with a guide that provides a walkthrough of the Seethewater Cave dungeon, including how to find its location, and the boss you will face that drops the Scarlet Rot talisman.

Where To Find Kindred of Rot's Exultation In Elden Ring

Elden Ring Seethewater Cave Location

To snag Kindred of Rot's ExultationKindred of Rot's Exultation , players need to make their way to the Seethewater Cave in Mt. Gelmir. It's just Northeast of the Volcano Manor area, near a Minor Erdtree.

Once players make their way to the cave, they'll need to head through it until they eventually come across the boss door, triggering a fight against the Kindred of Rot (Duo) . This particular boss can be a headache depending on a player's build, as these enemies are difficult enough in the field.

The boss version is definitely an upgrade and players will need to make sure they are focusing on one of the twins while simultaneously keeping an eye on the other. It's a tough fight for those that are lower-leveled (or the appropriate level, even) but the battle gets much, much easier after one of the twins is defeated and only one remains.
