Elden Ring has plenty of talismans catering to a variety of different builds. While most talismans are intended to buff certain builds, some can help players survive against enemies. Some offer a defense boost like the Dragoncrest Greatshield talisman and the Ritual Shield talisman. Others provide HP recovery, like the Blessed Dew talisman and the Taker’s Cameo.

Healing talismans are great for exploring areas with many enemies like caves and catacombs, which are usually packed with hordes of enemies before the boss fight. Players might struggle to save enough flasks for the final enemy. In such cases, healing talismans can come quite in handy. Here’s how you can obtain the wonderful Taker’s Cameo talisman to help you survive in the Lands Between.

Elden Ring: Taker’s Cameo Talisman Location Guide

Elden Ring - Tanith And Her Guardian Crucible Knight

The Taker’s Cameo is a reward for carrying out Tanith’s third assassination request. To receive Tanith’s third assassination request, players must first defeat her first two targets, Old Knight Istvan and Rileight The Idle.

If you decide to join the Volcano Manor, you will find a letter with the first assassination on the table in front of Bernahl in the drawing room. The first request will ask you to defeat Old Knight Istvan located near the Colosseum in Limgrave. After fighting him, go back to Tanith to accept the second assassination request. This will lead you to Rileight The Idle located south of the Shaded Castle in Altus Plateau.

Once both of them are defeated, players can head to Tanith to get the third and final request, with a target named Juno Hoslow. This assassination request will lead to the frigid Mountaintops of the Giants. Players will have to defeat Morgott the Omen King to gain access to the mountaintops. After entering the Mountaintops of the Giants, cross the stone bridge in the north to reach the Ancient Snow Valley Ruins site of grace. From there, head to the frozen river in the north, and then go west to discover a rundown shack.

Elden Ring - Juno Hoslow location

You will find the invasion sign for invading Juno Hoslow a little in front of the shack. Juno Hoslow is one of the strongest NPCs in Elden Ring. He uses dual whips with Blood Loss build-up. If that is not already hard to deal with, he also uses the infamous Bloodhound’s Step Ash of War to easily dodge attacks and get close to you. Using status effects like Scarlet Rot or powerful sorceries like Stars of Ruin can overwhelm Juno Hoslow.

Elden Ring - Taker's Cameo Talisman

Upon defeating Juno Hoslow, you will be rewarded with Hoslow’s Petal Whip and the Hoslow armor set. Go back to Tanith and inform her of your victory to get the Taker’s Cameo talisman. The Taker’s Cameo restores 3% of your max HP with a bonus of another 30 HP when an enemy is defeated. This talisman is perfect for players who are seeking action in Elden Ring, but don’t want to keep pausing to use flasks.

Once you have obtained the talisman, you can continue talking to get teleported to the Audience Pathway and fight Rykard, Lord of Blasphemy.
