Head to the Dragon-Burnt Ruins

From Stranded Graveyard, the location you teleport to after your first death at the beginning of the game, head east to the Dragon-Burnt Ruins. This location is close to a lake. Be cautious upon arrival, as a dragon may appear.

Exit the tunnels and head southwest.
The location you need is next to Astray from Caelid Highway North.
Jump on your horse and run to Caelid Waypoint Ruins.
Once at the right location, look for the stairs down. They look the same as in the Dragon-Burnt Ruins.
Going down, you will be in a dark basement with several enemies. Carefully eliminate them and open the door, which is located directly from the main entrance.
