Hookclaws are found as loot on one of the corpses in Elden Ring. The body you need lies in the depths of Stormveil Castle, so before you can get there, you have to fight Margit, The Fell Omen. After this, you must go deep into Stormveil Castle and find the Stormveil Cliffside Site of Grace. From there, you need to move along the wall, first along the rocks and then along the village steps. There will be several enemies on your way, so be careful.

Hookclaws are a Claws type of weapon in Elden Ring. It scales with Strength(E) and Dexterity(C) and can be equipped on both hands. But to use it, your stats must be high enough:

Strength: 8
Dexterity: 14

It also has a skill called Quickstep that costs 3 FP and 12 Stamina. Using it, you can quickly move to the side to avoid damage or get behind the enemy. Finally, Hookclaw's attacks inflict a blood loss buildup on the target.
