The only way to get Bloodhound's Fang in Elden Ring is to defeat Bloodhound Knight Darriwil, an early-game boss in the southern part of Limgrave. Finding this boss is relatively easy since it is located in Forlorn Hound Evergaol, on the southern border of Limgrave with the Weeping Peninsula. You only need to get to Agheel Lake South Site of Grace and follow the narrow path leading up the slope in a southwest direction.
