Elden Ring is filled with many new items and weapons players can collect. One of these weapons is the Grafted Dragon, a special weapon that shoots a barrage of fireballs across a small area in front of the tarnished. Grafted Dragon in Elden Ring is a literal dragon that players can wear as gloves in their hands, believe it or not.

The weapon itself is not complicated to get, but getting the Grafted Dragon in Elden Ring requires defeating Godrick the Grafted, a challenging demi-god boss.

How To Get The Grafted Dragon In Elden Ring

Grafted Dragon in Elden Ring

To get the Grafted Dragon in Elden Ring, players must defeat Godrick The Grafted, then talk to Enia the Finger Reader in Roundtable Hold and exchange their Remembrance of the Grafted (A drop obtained after defeating Godrick the Grafted) for the weapon.

Here’s the full breakdown of what players have to do to get Grafted Dragon in Elden Ring:

Getting a Remembrance item in Elden Ring

Players should hunt down Godrick The Grafted, a demi-god located inside Stormveil Castle. After defeating the boss, the tarnished will obtain an item called Remembrance of the Grafted. This item can be consumed/sold to grant the tarnished 20,000 runes or traded for a powerful new weapon.

Talking to the Finger Reader in Elden Ring

After the fall of Godrick The Grafted, the only locked main door in the Roundtable Hold will open, and players can enter it to talk with Enia the Finger Reader. When talking to her, other than the new lore she will introduce to the tarnished, she will also turn the Remembrance items brought to her into powerful new weapons.

Where to convert Remembrance items into weapons in Elden Ring

Players can exchange the Remembrance of the Grafted for two weapons:

  • Axe of Godrick
  • Grafted Dragon

The axe requires a whopping 34 Strength and 22 Dexterity to be wielded, while the Grafted Dragon needs far less with 20 Strength, 14 Dexterity, and 16 Faith as its requirement. This makes Grafted Dragon a great early game option in Elden Ring.

Grafted Dragon is a Fist weapon that deals Physical and Fire damage. It scales with Strength, Dexterity, and Faith. As it scales with Strength and Faith, the item is a perfect early game choice for people who picked Prophet.

Players who prefer close combat and fighting with their bare hands would appreciate the amount of damage Grafted Dragon offers. The equipment has a slow but beautiful animation to its skill, called Bear Witness. The skill can also inflict massive damage if players stand near the enemy and mediocre damage if far away.

To upgrade the Grafted Dragon, the Tarnished will need a Somber Smithing Stone. This item can be found across all areas in the Lands Between. Note that Grafted Dragon can't be infused with any Ash of War.

Elden Ring is available now for PC, PlayStation 4 and 5, and Xbox One and Series X|S.
