The latest gaming zeitgeist, Elden Ring, is taking the world by storm, and the availability of special high-end figures themed after characters and creatures from the game are now confirmed to be coming, too. According to the latest tweet from Tamashii Nations, the game's fans should expect news in short order.

Tamashii Nations is a high-end Figuart production company that's made a name for itself by creating themed figures for a wide variety of IPs. Elden Ring is going to be its latest endeavor, presumably featuring the various NPCs that play a role in FromSoftware's latest.

While there's no concrete information yet on what sort of figures fans ought to expect from Tamashii Nations, odds are good that some major Elden Ring bosses will be making an appearance, this way or the other. Tamashii also confirmed that it's going to make both full-size Figuarts and Figuarts Mini figurines, and that potential buyers should keep a close eye on the company's official website for an upcoming announcement.

It's worth pointing out that Tamashii Nations isn't the only Figuart company working on Elden Ring products. Since Elden Ring is now among highest rated games of all time, there are plenty of physical merchandise creators looking to collaborate with FromSoftware. Good Smile Company, for one, already has a Bloody Wolf figure planned for future release, coming both in painted and unpainted varieties, depending on which the buyer might prefer.

While Elden Ring is facing technical issues that Bandai Namco has already responded to, it's obvious that FromSoftware has hit a home run with this particular release. Players' expectations seem to have been matched or outright surpassed, and physical merchandise relating to the IP is bound to be popular across the board. With Tamashii Nations, in particular, fans are likely to get high-quality products that will look good for years to come.

To illustrate the sheer popularity of this game, Elden Ring reached 600,000 concurrent players on PC just an hour following its launch. As rough as the game might be, performance-wise, it's hard to deny the notion that it's bound to be FromSoftware's most successful release of all time. The availability of a wide variety of figures and Figuarts, then, was to be expected, and collectors are going to have a field day with this IP.

Elden Ring is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series platforms.
