It’s safe to say that one of the most anticipated DLCs of 2024 didn’t disappoint any Elden Ring fans. Instead, Shadow of the Erdtree continues to break records, just like the original game did back in 2022.

Other than the new areas and lore, which Elden Ring does perfectly, there are eight new weapon categories and many new mechanics that shape the game’s combat system. Among these new weapons, there’s Milady, a new Light Greatsword category that can be obtained quickly when entering the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC in Elden Ring.

Milady Location In Elden Ring

Milady is a weapon located inside Castle Ensis in Elden Ring DLC. To reach the Light Greatsword’s location, cross the Ellac Greatbridge in Gravesite Plain and keep moving northeast until you reach the Castle Front Site of Lost Grace.

From the Waypoint, take the second bridge that leads inside the Castle. There, you will encounter a giant protecting the Castle’s entrance. Defeat it to get some good rewards. This enemy doesn’t respawn again, so it should be easy to cross the bridge later on. You can also easily avoid them and continue finding Milady without a fight.

After beating the giant (or avoiding them), head north, taking the only stairs in the area. There, you’ll encounter two ordinary soldiers with their two dogs guarding the area. Defeat them and look to the south to find narrow stairs that lead you closer to Milady in Elden Ring.

Once you make it to the end, look to the southwest to find a ladder. The area is empty, so there are no enemies to worry about. Take the ladder, and you’ll find Milady inside a chest on top of the tower in Castle Ensis.

Milady Stats In Elden Ring

To wield Milady in Elden Ring, you must have at least 12 Strength and 17 Dexterity. The weapon starts with D scaling on both Dexterity and Strength but can get better by leveling it up, or by using Ash of Wars varieties. You’ll get Milady with a default Impaling Thurst Skill, which you can change later to any compatible Ash of War. However, considering how long Milady is, Ash of Wars like Impaling Thurst makes perfect sense to cover as much distance as possible. So, keep that in mind when giving the Light Greatsword a new Ash of War.
