A player of Elden Ring has shared a funny video that shows Flying Dragon Greyll getting stuck midair. Elden Ring is possibly the best game of 2022, as it won the Game of the Year, Best Role-Playing, and Best Game Direction awards at The Game Awards. Despite almost a year since its launch, Elden Ring is still going strong as countless new players join the game for a Soulslike experience. The FromSoftware title builds on the developers' expertise from Dark Souls, Bloodborne, and Sekiro and combines it with a breathtaking open world.

Elden Ring's open world is often considered one of the best, as it rewards players for exploring and keeps things mysterious by removing unnecessary information. A key part of Elden Ring is to explore the gigantic game world and fight fearsome enemies and bosses that gamers encounter along the way. Players will come across multiple dragons in Elden Ring, including Greyll, found in the Dragonbarrow region. Generally, Greyll is a formidable opponent, but one Elden Ring fan's boss fight ended unexpectedly when the dragon got stuck in the air.

Reddit user StanislasLeLama uploaded a video showing their battle with Flying Dragon Greyll. The fight begins as usual, and the user appears to do considerable damage to the Elden Ring boss after a few successful hits. Greyll tries to swing the tide in its favor by flying away and attacking the player with fire breath, causing devastation over an extended area. But this fire doesn't reach StanislasLeLama, and they remain unharmed. Meanwhile, the dragon boss lands on a nearby tree, and one of its humongous wings gets stuck on a branch.

This maneuver renders the dragon immobile as Greyll appears stationary, floating several feet above the ground without flapping its wings. The player tries to understand what's happening and remains on top of Torrent, the spectral steed from Elden Ring. A few seconds pass, and nothing changes when Flying Dragon Greyll suddenly disappears and dies, giving the player 80,000 runes and a dragon heart. The Elden Ring community found the video quite hilarious. Many joked about how a tree could cause the demise of a mighty dragon like Greyll.

Elden Ring players who want to battle Greyll and reap the rewards must travel to Dragonbarrow, where it guards the south bridge of the Bestial Sanctum. Greyll and others like Agheel, Adula, and Smarag, are the modern dragons of Elden Ring, which are descendants of the ancient dragons. Modern dragons are powerful, but their ancient counterparts are stronger due to their mastery of using lightning as a weapon.

Elden Ring is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
