Update 3/1: EA resolved the issues with its servers last night, but then experienced more server issues this morning. It seems those latest problems have also been resolved.

Original story follows.

February has been a tumultuous month for EA's servers. On February 18, the EA servers went down for several hours, keeping fans of the company's games from enjoying any of its online services. Then a similar situation happened just a couple of days ago on February 27, with EA's online services down for an extended period of time. Now it appears that the EA servers are down yet again on February 29.

The latest EA server outage is yet again keeping players from playing various EA games online or enjoying online services. Some of the most popular games that players are currently unable to play online include FIFANeed for SpeedApex Legends, and more. EA has yet to issue a statement on the server outage issue, but it will likely say something on the EA Help Twitter page at some point very soon.

It's unclear why EA servers have continued to go down in the month of February. EA has not released any major new games this month, so it's unlikely that server overload is the problem. However, companies rarely share why these server outages happen, so fans shouldn't expect any kind of detailed explanation from EA.

EA will likely notify players once its online services have been restored. However, with EA having yet to even acknowledge the latest server outage at the time of this writing, it's unclear when that will be. It's possible that the latest EA server issues will last hours like last time, but it's also possible that the EA servers won't be down for nearly as long as it has been in the previous two instances.

With EA itself having yet to comment on the issue, it's unclear just exactly how widespread the problem is this time. It's possible that it's impacting all EA players, but it's also possible that only players in certain regions are dealing with the issues. Fans will want to keep an eye on the various EA social media pages for more information as it becomes available.

We will update this post as soon as EA shares more information on its server outage for February 29.
