There's a contest in Dying Light 2 that asks players to clobber zombies out of an arena. They get unlimited tries, the physics are hilarious, and there is no real risk of death. Sounds fun, right? It is, except for the completionists who need to execute flawlessly to win by even a fraction of a second.
The gold medal can be downright impossible to achieve unless Aiden knows exactly where the zombies spawn and at which time. For those looking for the keyboard-smashing, rage-inducing elusive gold medal in Dying Light 2, it might take a few tries, but this is the best way to go about it.
The First Three Zombies - 5 Seconds
This guide assumes players are at the starting skill levels, but having some of the best combat abilities in the game doesn't hurt. Specifically, a power attack will knock out a zombie from anywhere on the arena, compared to a regular attack which requires players to be close to the edge.
For the first three zombies, two are in front and one is behind, the one on the right is conveniently located next to a cliff, so knock that one off first. By this time, the second zombie will hop down in a similar position to the first zombie, so do the same.
The third one will be nipping on Aiden's heels. Do an about-face, then swing and hit him off the corner that it started in.
Zombies 4 - 11 Seconds
Players will have some time to kill as they wait for the fourth zombie. It takes a few seconds to pop up from the corner to the left of the first two zombies. Players will need to be extra patient since the zombie must finish its landing animation before it can be struck.
Zombies 5 Through 10 - 30 Seconds
Once again, players are going to have to exercise some patience. The fifth zombie will appear at about the sixteen-second marker and land on the boxes that zombie number two started on. As one might deduce, this is not the best way to maximize combat experience. Like zombie four, it must finish its landing animation first, but it can be stuck off the edge while it is still on top of the indestructible boxes.

Zombie six will be in the same position as zombie one was and should be knocked off in the same direction.
In rhythm, zombies seven and eight will jump, one at a time, in between the permanent boxes. Knocked them off from the same angle they jumped onto the platform from.
At this point, zombie number nine will leap up from the only corner that Aiden hasn't used to eject zombies yet. That dry spell ends here. Hit the creature after it lands and send it off this edge.
Turn around right away as a zombie will have just finished its landing sequence behind Aiden. This is zombie ten and should be knocked off the same corner as the one used to get rid of zombies three and eight.
Zombies 11 Through 20 - 59 Seconds
At about the 31-second marker, two zombies will pop up in positions five and six. Hit them in the same order, the one on top of the boxes first and then the one to the right.
Going forward, the game starts sending zombies at Aiden faster than he can knock them off, which is actually a great help to the player. If they've managed to get the first half done in 30 seconds, the remaining targets, due to the sheer quantity, will be done in at least that time.
To complete this mission and collect a big pile of cash all at once, it's not enough to just snag the gold medal, talk to the quest giver who invented the tournament. He'll make a remark about Aiden's incredible skill and offer for him to come back at any time.
