There is a location in Dying Light 2 that is right next to Aiden after he finishes the tutorial that contains three inhibitors; enough to level up all on its own. If that seems too good to be true, it is. The enemies inside are level four combatants and the rooms form a maze.
Don't let this be discouraging. Level one players can, and should clear this area and set themselves up for long-term success. It just requires a bit of planning and some knowledge. After the Center For Stage IV THV Study is cleared, the rest of Dying Light 2 will be a breeze.
Getting Into The Building
Many players give up before ever seeing the inside of the center, which is a shame. It's possible to enter even before unlocking any of the best parkour skills in the game. Aiden just needs to have the right angle on the building and the right time of day.
Wait for nightfall since there are simply too many enemies in the building during the day. Then, approach from the west side and climb the scaffolding and tattered billboard. At the top, there will be an area with a UV light for Aiden to activate. This will act as a base as players climb down the next few levels.
Third Floor
The purpose of this guide is to guide through a player with no upgrades at all. But those who have Stab should feel free to sneak up on each enemy of the following levels silently. Players with the best combat skills unlocked can be even more tactless and fight everything that moves.
For everyone else, go down the ladder and sneak past the level four zombies in scrubs on floor three. Though the yellow tube goes left, these doors are locked from the other side, so head to the right, go around the wall, and then go left.
Aiden will find himself in another room, once again filled with zombies in scrubs. Like in the room before, two doors exist and both are locked. However, the one on the right can be picked open. Inside, there is the first inhibitor. For future journeys through this area, go ahead and unlock the remaining three doors for a convenient shortcut.
Exit back into the previous room and, on the left side, there is a partially opened elevator door. Force it open. To get to the second level, an elevator with an open top is just to the right.
But before carrying on, players should be running out of time until infection. To replenish immunity, go to the corner of the room with the elevator, unlock the door, climb up the pole, open the locked door, and go back into the original UV light room.
Second Floor
Getting back to the second floor, there is a broken GRE door. Though the key doesn't work, check the other side of the door; Aiden can force it open.
This room also has level four zombies in scrubs and a broken door (sensing a pattern yet?).
Go back to crouch and go directly left. The broken door can be picked open. The GRE cache is right inside, open it up and take the inhibitor. Two down one to go. Those who have learned to modify weapons can, once again, kill everything on the level, but Aiden can stay quiet just as easily.
Turn around, open the door, and follow the yellow pipe. This time, there are no blockades in the way, just stay wary of the zombies in the next several rooms that will startle if Aiden gets too close.
Before continuing to follow the yellow tube down to the first and final floor, players should unlock the door on the stairwell. It has three sets of ladders that lead back to the first room with the UV light. One last time, fill the immunity meter back up, then use this same shortcut to return to the first floor.
First Floor
The GRE door here actually works with the key, so that's refreshing. Crack it open, then follow the yellow tube through a hallway. It hooks left and leads to a busted door. Instead of going through this door, hop to a ledge on the wall just above another doorway.
There are, of course, more zombies here, so stay quiet. Unfortunately, there is also a zombie Goon that is wide awake and pacing along the ground floor. This move must be timed carefully; if he spots Aiden, he'll alert all the zombies and players will need to take the shortcut to the UV room to reset the room.
When the Goon turns, players are going to have to drop down and use a lockpick on the door underneath the ledge. If this is done successfully, be sure to shut the door behind Aiden to block the Goon's vision. The final GRE Cache is here.
To leave, simply leave out of the partially cracked doors just to the left of this room, back in the room that contains the Goon. It's not large enough for him to follow Aiden through, so players are home free from here. Congratulations on leveling up!
