The Bazaar is a location in Dying Light 2 that players will visit in the early stages of their playthroughs, with a main story mission leading them directly to it. The Bazaar is situated inside the former Church of the Holy Trinity, and the building has a large tower that fans can scale if they have enough stamina and persistence. At the top of that tower, Dying Light players will encounter a small room that houses a safe, and this guide will detail exactly how to get that container open.

Dying Light 2: How to Open Bazaar Tower Safe

In order to open the Bazaar tower safe in Dying Light 2, players must ascertain the correct combination. Fortunately, fans do not have to travel very far to obtain the code, as it is hinted at in a note that is in the same room as the safe. More specifically, that note is in an envelope that is tucked behind the black and yellow skull poster that is on the wall, and players should focus their attention on that poster's bottom-left corner.

After a player has picked up the note, they can access the item from within the collectables section of the menu, and it reads as follows: 5*100+15-5 = ... The intention here is that action RPG fans solve this math problem, and indeed its answer is the Bazaar tower safe code. For those players that would rather not do this computation for themselves, the solution is 510, and that is to be entered into the safe as 5 1 0.

As soon as fans finish inputting these three numbers into the safe, they should gain the ability to open the container. When that has been done, players can grab the item from inside, which is an artifact collectable called Carl's Journal #4. Notably, this is the final piece of Carl's Journal, and the other three tapes can be found scattered about Dying Light 2's Bazaar.

While some players may be disappointed by what is inside the Bazaar safe, they should not let that deter them from opening the other safes that they encounter in the game. Indeed, there are very useful items in some of the game's safes, including Inhibitors. For the uninitiated, Inhibitors are used to improve the Dying Light 2 protagonist's health and stamina, and players will absolutely want to get their hands on as many of them as possible.

Dying Light 2 is available for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X, with a Switch version in development.
