How to Make Arendellian Pickled Herring in Disney Dreamlight Valley
The recipe for the Arendellian Pickled Herring calls for five ingredients: a Herring, an Onion, a Lemon, Garlic, and any Spice/Herb. This is one of the rare recipes in Disney Dreamlight Valley that requires four specific ingredients and five total, making it a challenge to complete. With all of these ingredients gathered, however, players can create this appetizer at any cooking station as long as they have at least one Coal Ore in their inventory.
The resulting creation sells for a minimum of 556 Star Coins at any of Goofy's Stalls and will replenish 2,102 energy at a minimum as well. This appetizer traces its origins to the Frozen franchise and the Norwegian-inspired Kingdom of Arendelle. This is the birthplace of both Anna and Elsa, two Disney characters that can be recruited in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
Where to Find the Ingredients for Arendellian Pickled Herring
The first ingredient players need for this recipe is the Herring, a fish that can be found in the white ripples of Dazzle Beach (southernmost biome, 1,000 of Disney Dreamlight Valley's Dreamlight currency) and in the Glade of Trust (southwestern biome, 5,000 Dreamlight).
With at least one of these fish acquired, players can move on to Lemons, the yellow fruit that grows on trees in a pair of biomes. Lemon trees grow in the Glade of Trust and the Forest of Valor (eastern biome, 3,000 Dreamlight) and players get three lemons per harvest.
The third ingredient, Onions, can be found at Goofy's stall in the Forest of Valor for sale for 255 Star Coins or its seeds can be purchased for 50 Star Coins. Garlic, the fourth ingredient, can often be found in the Forest of Valor growing wild.
Players can pick it up without the need to purchase anything. The final ingredient can be any Spice/Herb in Disney Dreamlight Valley which means that players needn't leave the Plaza. They can just grab the Oregano that grows all over this area.
