Disney Dreamlight Valley is more than just an Animal Crossing clone; it has friendship quests that can be unlocked by increasing friendship levels with some of the Disney characters in the valley. To increase friendship levels, players can give characters like Mickey and Scrooge their favorite food items of the day. Upon reaching new levels, new quests will become available, like the Dinner with Friends quest given to players by Goofy.
Dinner with Friends Quest
The Dinner with Friends quest can be completed pretty quickly if players know where to look, but for those that need assistance, this guide will go into the details.
To start, Goofy will ask for some items from the player so they can make Bouillabaisse for dinner. Goofy is inviting Mickey over, so players need to make two servings of the dish. Disney Dreamlight Valley players need to get two Shrimp, two Clams, and two Scallops to make the dish.
Getting Shrimp, Clams, and Scallops
- Disney Dreamlight Valley players can get Shrimp by fishing at Dazzle Beach. Look for the bubbles coming out of the water and keep fishing until the Shrimp is caught.
- The Clams and Scallops can be picked up off the sand at Dazzle Beach. Scallops are blue, and Clams are pink, so keep an eye out for them when walking around.
- Once the materials have been gathered, find Goofy to start the next part of the quest.
Cooking Bouillabaisse
Now, to actually cook the Bouillabaisse for Goofy, players will need to find a stove. Go to your home or another character's house to find one. Players will need to add these things to the pot in no particular order: 2 types of shellfish, one Shrimp, one tomato, and a different kind of vegetable. The clams and scallops can be used as the shellfish component.
Cook the ingredients, and players will have cooked the Bouillabaisse. Make sure to cook two of them before going back to Goofy. And remember not to combine multiple ingredients to make the process faster because, as far as we know, there's no way to cook more than one dish at a time.
