This is perfect for maintaining damage while disengaging, and for adding a considerable amount of damage against bosses in longer fights.

5 Divine Razors

Once players reach Bakbattahl, they will want to head to Awaran's Arms and buy these bulky blades. With no extra elemental damage or effects and a large hand guard, these daggers may seem a unimpressive. However, they make up for this with some respectable damage.
As they can be bought instantly upon arriving in Bakbattahl, they can carry players through the mid-game. Their 237 base strength is about as good as players can find at this stage in the game. To find them, speak to Roman in Vernworth Castle and complete the line of quests involving Brokkr's Smithy. These daggers can then be bought there. They can also be found in the Armory on Volcanic Island.
3 Frosted Edges

Against tougher enemies, even the highest damage Thief skills may not be enough. For these foes, being able to slow them down and even freeze them in place is invaluable. They also deal considerable damage, especially when fully upgraded, as they can reach 594 Magick through Elven smithing. Players can find them in the Coral Snake's Hideout or as a quest reward for 'Off the Pilfered Path'.
2 Dragon's Vein

Once players reach the endgame, just before the actual ending of the game, they have access to some of the best weapons. Some quests also reward a good number of them. Because this weapon has the highest base strength of any dagger in the game, players will want to put in the time and make sure they can buy it.

While Dragon's Dogma 2 is a very faithful sequel to the original Dragon's Dogma game, there are a good number of new mechanics for players to learn.
Through Battahli smithing, this strength can be increased to 549, dealing massive amounts of pure physical damage against all enemy types. Although Dragon's Vein may not deal any elemental damage or have any extra effects, the sheer amount of damage it deals allows it to comfortably sit among the best weapons in the game.

The Heaven's Key becomes available from all weapons vendors in the endgame, after unlocking the Unmoored World. Although players will have to wait a long time to get to use them, their incredible damage output and their beautiful design with golden flames dancing along the blade make them more than worth it. With these in hand and Skull Splitter as one of their skills, any Thief or Warfarer can deal some of the best DPS in the entire game.
