Dragon Ball: The Breakers is an asymmetrical action game that pits iconic villains from the franchise against supporting characters, such as Bulma and Oolong. The villains that players can take control of so far are the most popular antagonists from Dragon Ball Z, Frieza, Cell, and Buu.

Throughout the game, the villains become stronger, taking on greater forms of themselves, such as Cell's Perfect Form and all the different versions of Buu. There are many other villains throughout the franchise that have different forms and would be great additions to the game through updates. From the original Dragon Ball series to Dragon Ball Super, these are some of the antagonists that could be added to Dragon Ball: The Breakers.

Piccolo

King Piccolo in Dragon Ball

Long before Piccolo was one of the series' most beloved heroes, he was the main antagonist of the original Dragon Ball. When he was introduced, King Piccolo wanted to kill every martial artist that could be a threat to him and his goal of taking over the world. Goku would defeat King Piccolo not long after they met, but that was only the beginning of his story, as the Great Demon King was reincarnated as Piccolo Jr., the Piccolo that fans know and love today. Piccolo Jr. would also fight against Goku before the two of them joined forces at the beginning of Dragon Ball Z.

Piccolo would be the best villain from the original series to join the Dragon Ball: The Breakers roster. Players could start as the Great Demon King, before switching roles and playing as Piccolo Jr. From there, they could become stronger through Piccolo's Super Namekian form, followed by his Potential Unleashed state. Lastly, players could control Orange Piccolo, his current strongest form, which was introduced in Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero.

Broly

Broly in Dragon Ball

Broly is an iconic villain that was introduced in Dragon Ball Z movies, but wasn't canon to the franchise until Dragon Ball Super. Because of this, there are two different versions of the character, and either one of them could make a great addition to Dragon Ball: The Breakers. The original version of Broly could start as just himself, before becoming a Super Saiyan. He could then become a Legendary Super Saiyan, increasing Broly's strength even further. Seeing as how Dragon Ball: The Breakers is a spin-off of the Xenoverse video games, Broly's Supervillain form, which was introduced in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, would be a perfect final form for this version of the character.

However, if the canon Dragon Ball Super version of him were to be added to the game, he could, once again, start without any power-ups. Before transforming into a Super Saiyan, however, players could control his Wrathful form. After Broly's Super Saiyan form, this version of the character's last form should be Full Power Super Saiyan.

Goku Black

Goku Black Super Saiyan Rose in Dragon Ball

One of the best villains from Dragon Ball Super was Goku Black. Originally known as Zamasu, Universe 10's North Kai, he transformed into Goku Black. Pretending to be Goku himself, Goku Black killed many people across planets, before facing Goku and the other heroes Dragon BallSuper. It would be interesting for gamers to control Goku Black in Dragon Ball: The Breakers, seeing as how he looks just like the franchise's protagonist.

Goku Black players could first take on the form of Zamasu before he stole Goku's identity, followed by Goku Black when he was formally introduced. From there, he could also become a Super Saiyan. Finally, the last form that Goku Black should take on in Dragon Ball: The Breakers is his Super Saiyan Rosé form. There are a lot of great Dragon Ball villains that should be added to Dragon Ball: The Breakers, but these three antagonists would be better additions than most.

Dragon Ball: The Breakers is available on PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
