Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot's Bardock - Alone Against Fate DLC is experiencing many different gameplay and performance issues, causing players to turn to the internet to find help for how to fix it until Bandai Namco or CyberConnect2 come up with some solutions. Players are loving the next-gen update for Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot and, because of the upgrade, more players are jumping into the original Dragon Ball Z story for the first time. Unfortunately, the response to the DLC has not been as positive.

The long awaited Bardock - Alone Against Fate DLC is finally underway, and fans are extremely excited to get their hands on it and dive into the story as soon as possible. A relatively short story, players can finish Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot's Bardock DLC in about 90 minutes if they skip the seven other substories that take place, which would add another hour to the time required. Of course, this assumes that players aren't slowed down by glitches or bugs or other issues that are present in the DLC.

Several fans and players on Reddit have been posting stories about different problems coming up in the Bardock DLC. As they play through the game with Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot's many playable characters, fans are running into issues like voice lines and text not playing or appearing properly in the PC version of the game. One player posted a picture of the camera angle being stuck on Vegeta's feet, while another posted a picture of their game failing to load, even after updating to the latest version of the game.

Now, Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot has seen its share of glitches in the past, but most of them have been harmless, graphical bugs that have not had any major impact on gameplay. However, these glitches that are coming up during the launch of the new Bardock DLC are not only causing players to have a less than enjoyable experience with the game, but are even causing some players to be locked out of the game loading in entirely.

This is disappointing since fans gave been loving Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot's side missions and the game's main storyline that goes along with the anime. Hopefully, a patch is released that resolves the many bugs plaguing the Bardock DLC soon so that players are able to play its main storyline as well as its various side missions.

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
