It's a good time to be a Dragon Ball Z fan. Not only is there the upcoming action RPG, Dragon Ball Z Kakarot, to look forward to, but the 2.5D fighting entry, Dragon Ball FighterZ, is still getting a lot of eyes on it. It is also reportedly adding Dragon Ball Super's Broly at some point in the near future, but even though these games seem to be getting the most attention, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 isn't going to be forgotten, especially after the most recent addition to the roster.

Coming sometime this winter, Dragon Ball FighterZ's original character and antagonist Android 21 will be joining the Xenoverse 2 roster as a playable character. It's an interesting crossover and connection between the two games, with many Dragon Ball Z fans likely to check her out on Xenoverse 2. She'll be part of the Ultra DLC Pack #2, according to the latest issue of V-Jump Magazine, which also revealed a first look at the character and her abilities.

As seen below in the scans provided by Ken Xyro, Android 21 will be playable in her more-humanoid form, and it's currently unknown whether players will be able to play as Majin Android 21. It's possible she has some form of transformation or skin variant in game for those who prefer that aspect of the character, but that's pure speculation at this time.

Her attacks include the A La Carte Rush and Excellent Full Course, both of which are demonstrated in the second set of images. Of course, it remains to be seen how she exactly plays in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, but it's a reasonably big addition, meaning she could easily be favored in the meta if her moves ares worthwhile. Unfortunately, this is all that is currently known about Android 21 in the Dragon Ball Z fighting game.

More will likely be revealed prior to her release, but in the meantime, fans of the franchise can check out everything revealed so far about Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot.

Dragon Ball FighterZ is available right now on PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
