Once you are at the designated Site of Grace, look to the northeast, and you should see an opening in the mountain in front of you. Head there and climb via the rocks on your right. Using your Torrent here is a smart choice, as its jump height is higher than your character's.
Once inside, head inwards and use the Spirit Spring to reach an open area above you. Your next task is to carefully climb the broken structure all the way to the top. If you have trouble navigating this tricky area, get off Torrent for a while and go on foot. When you see the option to loot Pillage Remains, look to your right and jump onto the rocks below.
