Disney Speedstorm is a racing game for all ages, letting players compete against their friends as some of the most popular Disney characters. While the game is straightforward, allowing players to pick between a couple of different play game modes like multiplayer, private race, or the primary campaign, there is also a selection of items available to purchase from the in-game shop. However, there are three different currencies in the game.

This racing game, Disney Speedstorm, has three different currencies earned from different task and race modes. It can be confusing to know what each coin type is and what they do or how to get them. This guide will break down all of them and give some insight into how to actually earn them.

The three currencies are Season Coins, Tokens, and MP Coins (Multiplayer) coins). There are also Season Box Credits, Universal Box Credits, and Golden Pass Credits, which all unlock different limited-time boxes and items as players earn them and level up. All other currencies unlock new suits, upgrades for cars, and much more.

Season Coins are earned by doing missions in the Limited-Time Events, or players can purchase them with Tokens through the in-game shop. These coins can be spent on the Universal Boxes, as well as upgrading materials in the Daily Specials.

Tokens can be earned by doing missions in the Seasonal Events and the Starter Circuit. They can be used to buy the Golden Pass, upgrade materials, or upgrade Racers and Kart parts. If a player wishes, they can also use Tokens on Season Coins if they are in need of those.

MP Coins are a currency that can only be earned while players are racing in multiplayer mode, but this can only be done if a player is able to join a friend or a group. There are no automatic multiplayer rooms. These coins are used to buy kart parts, including new colors, different wheels, plates, and more. Players can also purchase a Multiplayer Box as well.

Disney Speedstorm has many different in-game currencies, as made obvious by the list above, but each one does have a purpose and will help players unlock some really cool items for both their racers and their karts as they level up. Grinding for these coins and tokens will quickly become a part of every player's experience if they tend to get a lot of the items within the game as well as unlock the special boxes and Game Pass.

Disney Speedstorm is now available via early access on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC
