The ingredient is mostly used to make the famous dish Ratatouille, but it also has other purposes in the game. Zucchinis are found in the Sunlit Plateau, one of the eight biomes in the valley, and it costs 7,000 to unlock.
Zucchinis can only be found as Seeds in Disney Dreamlight Valley, meaning Saviors need to put their gardening skills to the test and take care of the crops, which can be unpractical to some players.
Where To Get Zucchini In Disney Dreamlight Valley
To get Zucchini in Disney Dreamlight Valley, players must buy it from Goofy’s Stall in Sunlit Plateau. Keep in mind that the shop must be upgraded once to make Zucchini Seed available. The first upgrade reveals Chili Pepper Seed and Cotton Seed, whereas the second one opens Zucchini Seed and Soya. The third and final upgrade rewards Cacao Bean and Soya Seed.
A bag of Zucchini Seeds can be bought for 30 Star Coins. Choose any dirt path in the valley to plant, or create one with the Shovel tool in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Plant the seed and water it using the Watering Can. Try to check it occasionally, as it needs watering multiple times. After 40 minutes, the crop is ready for harvest, and each plant gives two Zucchinis worth 52 Star Coins.
What Is Zucchini Used For In Disney Dreamlight Valley
Zucchini is used in various recipes that restore a lot of Energy in Disney Dreamlight Valley. One of them is Ratatouille, the famous 5-Star dish made by the little chef, Remy, in the Pixar movie Ratatouille. Out of the 100 plus recipes, there are currently a total of three that require Zucchini:

- Onions and Bell Peppers are both bought from Goofy’s shop in the Forest of Valor.
- Tomato is purchased as a Seed or an ingredient in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
- Eggplant is obtained from Frosted Heights.
- Oregano is collected from the Plaza
- Basil is found at the Peaceful Meadow.
Apart from all the mentioned ingredients, Eggplant might be the trickiest one to get, as it can only be purchased from Goofy’s Stall in Frosted Heights, which costs 10,000 Dreamlight to unlock.
