Gameloft's new popular life-simulation RPG has been in early access since September and has gained quite a large following since it became available on all platforms except mobile. Since then, DisneyDreamlightValley gamers have been keeping busy between updates by taking full advantage of the clothing customization options. Some players have created some genuinely stunning fashion designs.
As a more recent example, another Disney Dreamlight Valley fan turned themselves into Tiana from The Princess and the Frog. That popular character and Disney Princess has yet to arrive in the game, so creative fans are using the in-game customization options to bring them to life until they are eventually added in future updates. It's also an excellent way to keep busy until more content is added.
Creative Reddit user Kamelionaire4206 and DisneyDreamlightValley player crafted a dress that is a faithful recreation of Wall-E from Pixar's hit 2008 film Wall-E. The adorable robot has been in the game since its early access debut, and Kamelionaire's custom dress recreates his look very accurately. When the two stand side by side, the dress looks as if it is a piece of clothing players could purchase from Scrooge. Casual players would never know the difference and the reaction from others online was overwhelmingly positive. While some players are opting to stick to Disney-themed custom creations, others have brought other franchises to the game. Another gamer turned themselves into Miss Frizzle from TheMagicSchoolBus, bringing a dose of nostalgia to DisneyDreamlightValley.
Kamelionaire stated that this is one of their proudest creations to date. Their recent creation has even inspired other players to get into custom outfit creation. The gamer said the Wall-E dress was fairly easy to make and said that it was just "lots of layers and patience." Wall-E, which debuted back in 2008, tells the story of an adorable robot named Wall-E, who is all alone on a futuristic version of Earth and tasked with cleaning up the trash-filled planet. It won Best Animated Feature Film at the 2008 Golden Globes, and in 2021, it was the second Pixar film to be selected for film perseveration by The United States Film Registry, the first being ToyStory. Besides gamers keeping busy with fashion design, DisneyDreamlightValley recently shared other impressive community stats from the first few months of the game being active.
Now that a new year is here, it will be interesting to see what 2023 holds for DisneyDreamlightValley, which is set to go free to play sometime this year. Regardless, creative players will surely continue using their creativity to the fullest in this unique title.
