At this point in Early Access of DIsney Dreamlight Valley, there are 164 recipes that players can cook, though it is very likely more will be added in future updates. All of these recipes vary in the amount of ingredients they require along with how much Energy they restore. They also cover a wide range of cuisines and in some cases they are even references to decades worth of Disney movies, including Snow White's Gooseberry Pie. Then there are recipes for very simple meals, and they don't get much more simple than Peanut Butter Sandwich. This guide will show Disney Dreamlight Valley players how they can make Peanut Butter Sandwiches.
How to Make Peanut Butter Sandwiches
Peanut Butter Sandwiches are a two-star recipe that requires only two ingredients to make them. In order to make these classic sandwiches, Disney Dreamlight Valley players will need to get two ingredients. The first is Wheat, and the second is Peanuts. Wheat can be bought or grown from Goofy's Stall in the Peaceful Meadow. Peanuts, on the other hand, are a little more tricky to obtain. In order to get peanuts, players will first need to complete Remy's Friendship Quest to find his recipes. Doing so will unlock the ability to purchase Peanuts from him at his Restaurant, and they cost 200 Star Coins each.
How Much Energy Is Restored By Peanut Butter Sandwiches?
A Peanut Butter Sandwich restores a good amount of Energy, despite being only a 2-star recipe. If Disney Dreamlight Valley players choose to eat it, a Peanut Butter Sandwich restores 592 Energy. This is certainly more than most recipes that are either one or two stars. That said, there are still better options for regaining Energy. Certain fruits like Gooseberries restore more energy (600 to be precise), so Peanut Butter Sandwiches are not an ideal recipe to make unless players are trying to complete Duties that require making meals and want to use as few ingredients as possible to do so.
Are There Other Uses For Peanut Butter Sandwiches?
Just like with most recipes in the game, Peanut Butter Sandwiches do have other uses. Making a Peanut Butter sandwich is one of the objectives of the Friendship Quest that unlocks the ability to buy peanuts in the first place. Also, Peanut Butter Sandwiches have a chance of being a requested meal at Remy's Restaurant. Since there is also a set of daily favorite items for every character in the game, it is also possible that Peanut Butter Sandwiches will be one of those favorite items that give increased progress toward the next Friendship Level with that character. As Disney Dreamlight Valley is currently in Early Access, it is also possible that Peanut Butter Sandwiches will be part of future quest objectives as well.
