Upon meeting Mother Gothel in Disney Dreamlight Valley, players can lift the curse from the Glade of Trust by following her instructions. This will also free her from the cursed giant tree. Once Mother Gothel reaches a certain Friendship level, the My Kingdom For a Scroll Quest will be triggered. The objective is to help her retrieve the Sunstone by asking Scrooge McDuck about its whereabouts.
My Kingdom For a Scroll Quest can be a bit time-consuming, as Disney Dreamlight Valley players must collect various materials in big quantities. Therefore, it’s best to trigger this Quest early on, as it requires some time to be completed.
How To Get My Kingdom For A Scroll Quest In Disney Dreamlight Valley
To get My Kingdom For a Scroll Quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley, players must unlock Glade of Trust and achieve Friendship level two with Mother Gothel, which is quite easy. The Quest begins with the Tangled character speaking about a Sun’s Scroll that’ll lead to the Sunstone, a magical artifact that’ll help restore the Giant Willow in the Glade of Trust.
Head to Scrooge’s shop and ask him about the Sun’s Scroll. He’ll agree under one condition; players need to craft a Micberry Tree and install it outside his store. To create the Micberry Tree, the following materials are needed:
- Softwood x50: Can be found everywhere except at Dazzle Beach and Softwood is also purchasable from Kristoff’s Stall in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
- Soil x30: Use the Shovel to dig up Soil from the ground in any biome.
- Box of Electronic Components x1: Head to WALL-E's house and grab it from the floor.
Use any Crafting Station to create the Micberry Tree then enter the Furniture option and place it outside the Scrooge McDuck’s store. Speak with him again, and he’ll reveal that he put the scroll in a chest and buried it in front of a cave in Dazzle Beach. Also, the chest key was thrown into the waters at Glade of Trust.
How To Get The Sun’s Scroll In Disney Dreamlight Valley
To get the Sun’s Scroll, players must fish the key from Glade of Trust and dig up the chest from Dazzle Beach. First, head to the far right of the Glade of Trust and search for the gold ripple in the river. Keep fishing until the key is obtained.
Next, travel to Dazzle Beach and head to the cave where there are three magical gates in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Use the Shovel to dig up the sparkling spot near the entrance, revealing the hidden chest. Head back to Mother Gothel and give her the key and the chest to conclude My Kingdom For a Scroll Quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
