Mirabel is one of the latest characters added into Disney Dreamlight Valley with the recent update. Unlike Olaf who is unlocked through the main story, Mirabel can be added to the village by finding the golden door knob and completing the quest associated with it.
Just like with all characters in the game, Mirabel has her own set of Friendship Quests that involve her efforts to help Dreamlight Valley in her own way. After completing Healing House, along with the quest that unlocks Bunuelos and leveling up Mirabele further, Disney Dreamlight Valley players will unlock the quest 'Meddling Mirabel'. Here is how to complete Mirabel's third Friendship Quest.
Talk to Mirabel
When starting this quest, Mirabel will tell players that an attempt to settle an argument between Donald and Scrooge ended horribly, and she just made the situation worse. Now she needs help fixing the mess she made. The first step is to talk to both Donald and Scrooge to learn what their sides of the story are.
Talk to Scrooge and Donald
Head over to Scrooge's store and speak with him. Scrooge explains how Mirabel took both him and Donald on a walk, and it ended with Scrooge losing his Cash Register Key. After that, go speak with Donald who tells players a different story about how he saved Scrooge from monsters, which is an exaggeration as it was just raccoons.
Return to Mirabel
After talking to both Donald and Scrooge, find Mirabel and talk to her. With the information provided, she decides that the best course of action is to have players find the Cash Register Key and give some Blueberries to the raccoons as an apology for Donald's behavior.
How to Feed the Raccoons
The raccoons are tricky to feed. Players can't simply approach them and feed them their favorite food. As Mirabel tells players, when approaching a raccoon make sure to slowly approach them. If the raccoon is looking at players and then stands up on its back legs, stop moving. Wait until they go down again and move one step closer.
This process takes time, and it requires players to be patient. Trying to move in too fast will result in the raccoon running away, and players will have to start all over again. Eventually, once players get close enough, there will be the option to interact with the raccoon and feed it a Blueberry.
In order to complete this step of the quest, players must feed two unique raccoons in the Forest of Valor. Trying to feed the same raccoon twice will not grant players additional progress toward the quest step.
The Cash Register Key is very easy to find. Simply walk around the Forest of Valor and look for a spot that is glowing on the ground. Use the shovel and dig it up. Unlike other spots that can be dug up, there will be a gold key sticking out of the ground.
Take the Key Back to Scrooge
Scrooge is happy to get his Cash Register Key back, but he and Donald are still at odds. Return to Mirabel and she will come up with a new plan. For the next step, players will need to craft a Seashell Frame and bake a Red Fruit Pie.
A Seashell Frame can be crafted with five Scallops, five Clams, 10 Softwood, and eight Glass. Since Glass has to be crafted, players will need to gather 40 Sand and 8 Coal Ore. Mirabel gives players the recipe for Red Fruit Pie. Use the recipe to learn how to make it.
How to Make Red Fruit Pie
Making Red Fruit Pie can be tricky. The recipe requires any fruit, one Wheat, and one Butter. While it sounds like players would want to use an Apple or Cherry to make a Red Fruit Pie, doing so results in either an Apple Pie or Cherry Pie instead. Oddly, using a Lemon worked for this recipe in spite of the fact that it isn't a red fruit. Raspberry can be used as well.
After making both the Red Fruit Pie and the Seashell Frame, return to Mirabel and speak with her. Follow her and listen as she apologizes to Scrooge and gives him the Seashell Frame and Red Fruit Pie. Upon talking to Mirabel again, the quest will be completed.
