A Disney Dreamlight Valley player spotted a hilarious detail on Maui's statue. The Moana character is one of the NPCs in Disney Dreamlight Valley, and can be unlocked by visiting the Moana Realm and completing the quest called "A Feast Worthy of a Demigod." Players can also unlock the Dazzle Beach biome and have Maui as their neighbor once they accomplish these requirements.

Disney Dreamlight Valley has a roster of Disney characters that give gifts whenever players complete a quest for them. For example, the final stage of Maui's Friendship Quest, titled "The Heart of Dreamlight Valley," sees players helping the demigod restore a mysterious gem of the same name. After accomplishing this quest, Maui will reward players with a statue of himself flexing his muscles, which players can use to decorate their space.

The Maui statue is on-brand for the self-centered demigod, but Disney Dreamlight Valley player DiscoDreamlight noticed that it also has "You're Welcome" carved on the statue's base. They emphasized that this was the first time they had seen the text, noting that they only saw it when they started playing Disney Dreamlight Valley on PC.

Disney Dreamlight Valley's Maui Statue's "You're Welcome" Explained

"You're Welcome" is a reference to Maui's song in Moana of the same name, sung by Dwayne Johnson, where he brags about his accomplishments as a demigod and how people worship him. Many Disney Dreamlight Valley fans found this discovery hilarious, and also admitted that they'd never noticed the text on Maui's statue before seeing DiscoDreamlight's post.

Doing Disney Dreamlight Valley's Friendship Quests allows players to unlock character-specific items and gifts. Maui's gift to the Valley is coconuts, which can be unlocked by reaching level two friendship with him. Players can also get Swim Shorts, Island Designs, Star Coins, and more if they continue leveling up their friendship with Maui.
