Apple is a fruit-type ingredient used in many recipes in Disney Dreamlight Valley, and luckily for players looking to make Caramel Apples, obtaining it is a fairly straightforward affair.

There are two ways to get apples in Disney Dreamlight Valley; players can either forage them from apple trees in the Plaza or Forgotten Lands biome or purchase them at Goofy’s Stall in Peaceful Meadow for 50 Star Coins. Those who are interested in foraging should consider bringing along a companion to get more apples. Once foraged, apples can be added to various recipes, such as Apple Sorbet, or players can also sell them at Goofy’s Stall for 50 Star Coins each.

To get the next ingredient, sugarcane, players will have to unlock Dazzle Beach because the fruit-type ingredient is exclusively available at Goofy’s Stall in this biome. Ready-to-use sugarcane is available for 29 Star Coins, while a bag of its seeds costs five Star Coins. Growing it from seeds may seem cheaper, but players will have to wait for them to grow. In the meantime, water them multiple times using a watering can.

With both these ingredients on hand, players can head to a nearby cooking station and put them in a pot to make Caramel Apples. Like every other recipe, players will also need a piece of coal to begin cooking, which can be mined from rocks using a pickaxe. Caramel Apples grant 638 energy when consumed or can be sold for 56 Star Coins.

Disney Dreamlight Valley is available now on Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
