The Sea Witch Ursula may be a villain, but she certainly deserves a home in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Luckily, Ursula will have her own home once players complete the Lair Sweet Lair Friendship Quest, along with new paper and ink for making new contracts. Even though her contract with the Little Mermaid Ariel didn’t end well, the Sea Witch promised the protagonist to be on her best behavior.
Lair Sweet Lair is the Friendship Quest players will receive after completing a certain Quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley that’ll free Ursula from the cave and rid part of Dazzle Beach of the Curse.
How To Get The Lair Sweet Lair Quest In Disney Dreamlight Valley
To get the Lair Sweet Lair Quest, players need to complete With Great Power Quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Ursula will then ask the protagonist to build her a home in the water. Enter the Furniture option while at Dazzle Beach, and place Ursula’s cave on any part of the sea.
Sadly, the cave is a bit expensive, especially for early-game players, as it costs 10,000 Star Coins. Once the requested amount is collected, interact with Scrooge McDuck’s sign to build the house.
Next, the Sea Witch asks the protagonist to bring Papers from other characters’ homes without telling them. Here, players have a choice to accept or tell Merlin who allows it, but not without giving the other villagers a heads-up. Additionally, she later asks for a Magical Scroll and an Ink Kit. Upon giving Ursula all the requested materials in Disney Dreamlight Valley, the Quest will conclude and players are rewarded with rare Fishes and Friendship EXP.
How To Get Papers
Since Ursula didn’t specify which Disney Character possesses the Papers, players have to search each and every house. For a more specific answer, the Papers can be found in Mickey's, Goofy's, and Merlin's House:
- Mickey’s house is in The Plaza right next to the stairs that lead to Peaceful Meadow.
- Goofy’s house is in the middle of Peaceful Meadow.
- Merlin’s house is also in Peaceful Meadow to the west next to a berry bush.
How To Make Magical Scroll And Ink Kit
The required materials in Disney Dreamlight Valley to make both the Magical Scroll and the Ink Kit are:
- Dream Shards x6: Obtained by clearing Night Thorns or giving Critters their favorite food in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
- Purple Pigment x2: Making Purple Pigment requires two types of flowers
- Purple Falling Penstemon x8: Search The Plaza.
- Purple Rising Penstemon x8: Get them at the Peaceful Meadow.
- Empty Vial x1: Crafted by using Glass x3.
One Glass requires five Sand and one Coal Ore. To make three, players need:
- Sand x15: Obtainable by digging random spots at the beach, purchasing Sand from Kristoff’s Stall in Disney Dreamlight Valley, or using a Pickaxe to destroy blue rocks.
- Coal Ore x3: Dropped from Rock Pile in any biome.
After all the materials are collected, head to a Crafting Station and create the Magical Scroll and Ink Kit then give them to Ursula.
