Disney Dreamlight Valley is a delightful life-simulation game that invites players to forge connections with beloved Disney characters in a world brimming with enchantment and excitement. Cooking has an especially pivotal role in the Disney Dreamlight Valley experience. Prepared meals will replenish the player's energy, which is depleted when performing various tasks around the valley. Players will also regularly prepare meals to serve villagers in Remy’s Restaurant, increasing their friendship. Cooked meals are also one of the best ways to earn Star Coins.

In Disney Dreamlight Valley, recipes are classified in a range from one to five stars. Five-star recipes demand a greater number of ingredients, offering substantial energy restoration and fetching higher prices when sold. However, it can be hard to get ahold of so many ingredients. Fortunately, the game features a wide assortment of one-star recipes, which are easy to craft for players who are just starting out. Puree is one of these recipes.

How to Cook Puree in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Puree is a one-star recipe that is simple to make, but acquiring the necessary ingredient for this meal does require progression in unlocking the game's diverse biomes. It is an extremely simple recipe that is easy to craft once the player can get their hands on its required ingredient. To prepare a bowl of Puree, the player will need only 1 Potato.

This one-star Appetizer restores 230 energy and sells for 151 Star Coins, which is unfortunately not much more than selling the uncooked Potato, so it’s not recommended to spend the time preparing this dish for the purpose of earning Star Coins. Nevertheless, the recipe is worthwhile not only for the sake of completion, but also to fulfill the occasional request in Remy’s Restaurant.

Where To Get Potato

To obtain Potatoes for making Puree, the player must plant Potato Seeds in tilled soil, just like any other crop. Potato Seeds are available exclusively from Goofy’s Stall in the Forgotten Lands biome, which is typically the one of the last biomes the player will unlock.

Unlocking this spooky forest requires a whopping 15,000 Dreamlight, making it the most expensive biome in the game so far. Once the realm is available, the player can head to Goofy’s Stall to purchase Potato Seeds.

Disney Dreamlight Valley is available now on Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
