Timebending is a new companion role in Disney Dreamlight Valley, which means that there is also a training manual for it.
With new ingredients come new recipes, and A Rift in Time certainly has no shortage of exotic new entrées and delicious new desserts for players to create. Nearly all of these new recipes feature ingredients exclusive to the Eternity Isle region, and players must have purchased the expansion to prepare these delectable new dishes.
A Rift in Time introduces over 100 new recipes, including a traditional Portuguese custard tart known as Pastéis de Nata. How to Make Pastéis de Nata
Pastéis de Nata is an extremely simple recipe that players can whip up in no time with easy-to-get ingredients. To prepare this meal, use the following ingredients:
- Corn
- Eggs
- Milk
- Vanilla
This four-star dessert restores 1645 energy and can be sold at Goofy’s Stall for 774 Star Coins. Since many of the ingredients for this recipe must be purchased, it’s unfortunately not a great pick for money-making, but it's delicious nonetheless.
How to Get Ingredients for Pastéis de Nata
Pastéis de Nata requires four simple ingredients that players can obtain in the Valley. Despite being an expansion recipe, it does not require any ingredients exclusive to Eternity Isle. Regardless of this, the recipe cannot be made by players who have not purchased the expansion.
How to Get Corn
Players can grow Corn from Corn Seeds purchased at Goofy’s Stall in Dazzle Beach. Corn is ready to harvest in 12 minutes and each bag of seeds will yield 2 Corn, more if collected in the company of a Gardening companion.
How to Get Eggs
Eggs are one of the six ingredients exclusively available at Remy’s Pantry in Chez Remy. Players can reopen the location of Chez Remy on Eternity Isle by completing a quick and easy quest, making it convenient for players of the expansion to get their hands on these ingredients.
How to Get Milk
Milk is another ingredient exclusive to Chez Remy, and players can purchase an unlimited quantity for 230 Star Coins each.
How to Get Vanilla
Vanilla is a wild-growing ingredient in the Sweets category that players can forage in the Sunlit Plateau biome.
