The Braised Bamboo Shoots dish is a unique blend of foraged ingredients and those cultivated from seeds. It includes an ingredient introduced in the A Rift in Time expansion, and is exclusive to players who have purchased the paid DLC expansion. To cook Braised Bamboo Shoots, players must gather the following ingredients:
- Bamboo
- Soya
- Ginger
- Canola
Braised Bamboo Shoots is a four-star entrée that restores 898 energy when consumed, and can be sold at Goofy’s Stall for 461 Star Coins.
How to Get the Ingredients for Braised Bamboo Shoots
Before players can prepare a plateful of Braised Bamboo Shoots, they need to advance through the Eternity Isle storyline in the A Rift in Time expansion until they unlock Wild Tangle, one of the three biomes of Eternity Isle. How to Get Bamboo
As mentioned before, players will need to unlock the Wild Tangle biome before they can forage the Bamboo which grows wild in this biome. Bamboo is easy to notice, with its long green stalks protruding from the ground around the Wild Tangle.

Ginger grows specifically within the Forgotten Lands biome, where it can be difficult to notice amid the darkness engulfing the area. The plant features a tall green stalk with thin hanging leaves.
How to Get Canola
Canola is another ingredient in the Dairy & Oil category which requires players to grow it from seeds. Canola Seeds can be purchased from Goofy’s Stall in the Forest of Valor or in Ancient's Landing for 25 Star Coins per bag. Canola takes 35 minutes to grow, requiring three waterings during this time, and each plant will yield a single piece of Canola once gathered.
