How to Unlock Tomatoes

Tomatoes are also one of the easiest vegetables to unlock, as they are found at Goofy's stall on Dazzle Beach. This is the cheapest biome to unlock, costing only 1,000 Dreamlight to open up. Once there, players will need to find Goofy's Stall on the beach and rebuild it for 1,000 Star Coins. Another 2,000 Star Coins after that will see the stall upgraded so that Goofy starts selling Tomato Seeds. Unlimited Tomato Seeds can be purchased at a rate of 8 Star Coins per seed.

Once planted in the ground, Tomatoes will be fully grown in just one hour. During that time, players will need to water the Tomatoes twice, or else they will not grow without the help of natural rain. When harvesting Tomatoes, it's important that players bring along a Gardening role villager, as this will increase the amount of Tomatoes players receive.

What makes Tomatoes unique from the Carrots and Wheat that players have grown until now is that each harvest rewards three Tomatoes. It's also worth noting that Tomatoes will grow 10% faster (in 54 minutes instead of 60) when planted on Dazzle Beach.
