In celebration of Easter, Disney Dreamlight Valley has introduced its Eggstravaganza event. Players are able to collect three different kinds of Easter Eggs and use them to make new recipes, craft Easter-themed furniture, and more. Some of these egg types are easy to obtain, while others require more work and a little know-how. Ultimately, players will need all three to fully engage with all the new content in the Eggstravaganza event.

Dreamlight Valley players are familiar with the game's rotating star paths, but these seasonal holiday events are rarer. They often add things to the game without clearly indicating what players need to do to get them, leaving it up to the player to figure things out for themselves. This can be exciting for some, but others may simply want to know the difference between all three types of Easter eggs and how to get them all.

How to Get Wild Spring Eggs

The first type of Easter Egg in Dreamlight Valley is the Wild Spring Egg. These eggs are light blue and can be found scattered throughout the valley lying on the floor. Though they are easy to find, players only get one when they pick one up, so getting large quantities of them can actually be somewhat time-consuming.

How to Get Egg-celent Fruit

The next type of Easter Egg, arguably the easiest to acquire, is the Egg-celent Fruit. These pink eggs actually grow on berry bushes that will have appeared in the player's valley. Each bush they harvest rewards three Egg-celent Fruits, and having a foraging companion can actually get players an extra fourth Egg-celent Fruit.

How to Get Spring V-EGG-etables

Spring V-EGG-etables are by far the hardest of the Easter eggs to obtain, as they require players to collect the other two, craft seeds, plant the seeds, and then grow them.

To craft Spring V-EGG-etable Seeds, head to a crafting table with one Egg-cellent Fruit, one Wild Spring Egg, and 20 Dreamlight. Players should consider crafting multiple at once to create a large plot.

Now dig out a plot and plant them like any other vegetable. They grow fastest in the Peaceful Meadows, only need to be watered twice, and should take about a half hour to grow if players keep up with watering them. Each plant will give one V-EGG-etable, but bringing along a farming companion can cause the player to get even more Easter Eggs. It's also possible to get golden plumes that can be harvested multiple times or timed golden explosions from these crops.

Completing Daily and Weekly Quests for Easter Eggs in Dreamlight Valley

New to this event is the introduction of repeatable daily and weekly quests. Players can speak to WALL-E to start "Blooming and Blossoming" every day and "Bunnies on the Run" every week.

"Blooming and Blossoming" requires the player to craft WALL-E a Pretty Flower Basket with two Red Falling Penstemons, two Dandelions, one White & Pink Falling Penstemon, and one Fiber. This quest rewards five Wild Spring Eggs, five Egg-celent Fruits, and one V-EGG-etable.

"Bunnies on the Run" asks players to catch five bunnies running loose in the Plaza. Completing this quest rewards players with 20 Wild Spring Eggs, 20 Egg-celent Fruits, and five V-EGG-etables.
