The latest update for Disney Dreamlight Valley added two new Disney characters to the roster for players to be friends with. Olaf can be unlocked by completing the new story quest and Mirabel is unlocked after completing an optional hidden quest that starts when players find and pick up a gold door knob.
As is consistent with every character, both newcomers have their own set of Friendship Quests that players can complete. Shortly after unlocking Mirabel, players will get a quest from her called 'Healing Home'. This guide will cover how to complete this new quest in the third major update for Disney Dreamlight Valley.
Speak With Mirabel
Once Mirabel is Level 2 and players have picked a role for her, players will want to speak to her to begin 'Healing Home'. Mini-Casita is in need of some repairs, and Mirabel asks for help from players. To get more information, head to Mini-Casita and go inside to meet Mirabel.
The interior looks a little run down, and Mirabel needs help with renovating her home. In order to begin renovations, Mirabel will need 15 Softwood, 20 Stone, 2 Yellow Daisies, 3 Dandelions, and 3 Green Rising Penstemons. Softwood can be picked up from the ground in the Plaza, the Peaceful Meadow, the Forest of Valor, and the Glade of Trust. Stone can be found by breaking up any rocks that players come across in all the biomes. Yellow Daisies can be found in the Peaceful Meadow. Dandelions can be found in the Plaza. Finally, Green Rising Penstemons can be found in the Peaceful Meadow.
Give the Supplies to Mirabel
Once all the materials needed have been gathered, return to Mirabel and give her the items. After a brief conversation, her home will brighten up and some new furniture will appear. After that, Mirabel will suggest that players do the same thing. The quest updates, and players will be instructed to go to Scrooge's Shop and buy some furniture. It doesn't matter what players purchase as long as it is some kind of furniture. If players don't have enough Star Coins, they may need to farm some.
Home Decoration
Next, Disney Dreamlight Valley players will need to go to their home and place five furniture items in their house, change the wallpaper, and change the flooring. If players don't want to mess with their current set up, they can always upgrade their house to get some extra space and rooms to play around with for this quest.
Players do not need to purchase five new furniture items for their home, they can use any furniture that they have that hasn't been placed yet.
Speak With Mirabel Again
Once all the renovations needed for the quest have been completed, go back to Mirabel and talk to her. She is excited to see what players did with their own home. Players will need to follow her to their own house and then invite her to hang out in order to bring her into the house. Regardless of how players have designed their home, Mirabel will approve and offer to help the rest of Dreamlight Valley in the same way.
