Disney Dreamlight Valley has various activities that players can take part in, such as gardening, fishing, and cooking, and they're all interconnected. Fishing and gardening, gaining access to new fish species and new plants, will also give way to more creative possibilities when it comes to cooking.

This guide will help players make Sake Sushi, one of the sushi recipes available in Disney Dreamlight Valley. It might seem simple enough, but it can take a while to unlock its required ingredients on the map. It's no wonder, given how large the Valley's map is.

How To Make Sake Sushi

Sake Sushi is a two-star cooking recipe in Disney Dreamlight Valley that restores a total of 1,000 energy. To make Sake Sushi players only need to add salmon and rice to a pot and cook it. Sake Sushi isn't worth a lot money-wise; it can only be sold for 274 Star Coins but making this recipe is an easy way to double how much energy they'll get from salmon. A freshly caught salmon will only restore 500 energy, half the amount as Sake Sushi.

How To Get The Ingredients To Make Sake Sushi

There are other types of sushi in Disney Dreamlight Valley. For example, if instead of salmon, players mix fugu and seaweed with the rice, they'll make Fugu Sushi instead. Salmon shouldn't be as hard to catch as fugu, thankfully, since it doesn't require specific weather conditions. Salmon can only be caught in Frosted Heights and Sunlit Plateau - unfortunately, both of these biomes require a lot of Dreamlight to be unlocked.

Players that have unlocked Moana's fishing boat will most likely have a few salmon lying around since she tends to catch it pretty often while out at sea. It's definitely worth upgrading the boat, so she can catch more and rarer fish and goes out to sea more often.

There is no difficulty in getting rice since rice and its seeds can be purchased at Goofy's Stall in Glade of Trust. Rice seeds cost 35 Star Coins, but they take 50 minutes to grow, so when in a hurry (if you need to make this recipe to serve it at Chez Remy), purchasing fully-grown rice for 92 Star Coins might be the best option. Once the player has unlocked the right biomes and gets their hand on the required ingredients, making Sake Sushi won't be a problem at all.

Disney Dreamlight Valley is available now on Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
